As our Lead Infant Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants. You’ll guide their development, celebrate milestones, and create meaningful connections with both the children and their families. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, family-first culture and has at least one year of experience working with young children.

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for infants.
• Plan and implement a play-based curriculum that supports developmental milestones.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress, celebrating their growth along the way.
• Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and trust.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a joyful and supportive atmosphere.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care.

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children.
• Is passionate about early childhood education and development.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organized, patient, and nurturing.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
