In this high-visibility role, you will act as a critical business partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for local management and our European/Global Corporate Finance teams.
Role responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning:
Coordinate the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning processes, tracking everything from gross-to-net revenues up to gross margin and Adjusted Operating Income (AOI). - Pharma Commercial Support:
Act as a core finance partner for the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will align financial and operational supply forecasts, support demand meetings, and provide data for New Product Introductions (NPIs). - Advanced Profitability Analysis:
Deliver deep-dive insights into product profitability, portfolio trends, and P&L benchmarks to highlight market risks and growth opportunities. - Pricing & Master Data Governance:
Provide critical pricing support (including local price calculations and tracking from PPP to CIP/NSP) and maintain the cluster's Product Master database. - Corporate & Regional Reporting:
Own the timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial data (Revenue/AOI Flash, Brand P&Ls) to Regional and Global Controlling. - Digitalization & Innovation:
Lead the development of modern financial dashboards, scorecards, and automated tools to simplify complex data and stream-line workflows.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG company.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query preferred) and hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Hyperion, SAP, or equivalent financial systems.
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal skills to confidently participate in commercial business discussions.
- The "Translator" Mindset:
An exceptional ability to synthesize complex, matrixed financial variables into clear, readable stories and smart presentations for leadership. - Agility & Resilience:
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, complex healthcare organization, managing tight close deadlines with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
