Room Attendant (Housekeeper)
We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)! As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards, performing full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities), inspecting rooms for quality and reporting maintenance issues promptly, maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace, updating room status and completing required reports, following key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures, responding to guest needs, and supporting team operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift. Reliable, organized, and safety-focused. Basic communication and guest service skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
