Senior IT Business Consultant - E-Commerce and Integration Projects

• Oversee the configuration and customization of our E-Commerce and Integration Platform, ensuring compliance and quality across international locations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze E-Commerce and integration related business requirements. Help translate requirements into system design specifications and ensure global alignment
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes through our eCommerce and integration platforms
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on E-Commerce and integration objectives
• Support deployments, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead international projects to implement integrations between various IT systems. Define scope, objectives, and timelines, considering various stakeholder requirements and regional regulations
• Lead internal IT project teams, coordinate with external partners, and foster a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT technology
• Solid understanding of E-Commerce functionalities and configurations
• Good understanding of IT business applications and their integration
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems creatively
• Good understanding of an ERP system is a plus
• Proven experience in leading international projects, especially in wholesale and sales and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and cross-functional backgrounds
• Good communication skills and experience to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners in English as well as to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Relevant certifications in project management and E-Commerce are a plus
