Position: Technical Project Manager with Agile Delivery, Cloud Platform
Our client is one of the world's top 20 investment companies, with headquarters in Great Britain. During the next several years, the client is going to move 70 percent of features from the existing portfolio management system and other systems from bespoke solutions to third party solutions of State Street.
The project includes various initiatives where the support of a Technical Project Manager is required. Some initiatives focus on delivering business changes across dozens of services, while others address technical modernization or maintenance of more than 500 services, primarily in AWS environments. The technology stack varies and may include Java, .NET, Python, Cache, and others.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives within a large scale enterprise platform.

The ideal candidate can coordinate cross functional teams, manage Agile delivery processes, and ensure the successful execution of projects focused on integrations, scalability, and platform reliability. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and experience working with distributed teams will be essential for success in this role.

* Serve as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.

* Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.

* Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, and issue resolution across teams.

* Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical implementation.

* Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand technical requirements and integration flows.

* Support backlog refinement and prioritization together with Product Owners.

* Provide clear status reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.

* Act as a bridge between technical and non technical teams.

* Manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, and delivery quality.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

* 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager and or Scrum Master.

* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

* Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and enterprise software delivery.

* Experience working with distributed technical teams.

* Understanding of integration heavy systems and platform delivery processes.

* Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, Azure environments, and Dev Ops practices.

* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Upper Intermediate or higher level of English.

* PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

* Experience in the Asset Management industry.

* Experience with high load, event driven systems.
