This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives on managing factory relationships, streamlining production processes, and optimizing costs.

As a Sourcing / Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing factory-side operations from purchase order (PO) placement through production, quality control, and freight pickup. You will drive cost savings and ensure smooth production cycles with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.

Known for delivering high-quality, family-oriented products, the brand emphasizes operational excellence, cost efficiency, and long-term supplier partnerships. As the company scales, it seeks a hands-on sourcing expert who can independently manage supplier-side operations while optimizing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture factory relationships
• Negotiate terms, MOQs, and pricing
• Ensure on-time PO confirmations and production timelines

• Track raw material costs and currency exchange rates to time purchases optimally
• Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising on quality
• Maintain or improve unit economics
