  • Follow drawings, work instructions, production travelers, and quality requirements.
  • Record production activity, inspection results, material usage, job progress, and nonconforming issues as required.
  • Identify and communicate machine issues, tooling concerns, part quality problems, or process questions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality system requirements.
  • Support other production activities as needed, including part finishing, packaging, material preparation, assembly support, and general shop tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing, shop, mechanical, automotive, fabrication, woodworking, or hands‑on production environment.
  • Ability to accurately use calipers and micrometers.
  • Basic understanding of dimensional inspection and measurement practices.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, production travelers, and basic drawings.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and steady control when drilling, trimming, sanding, or finishing parts.
  • Ability to identify quality issues and communicate concerns clearly.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on production tasks.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials or parts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good understanding of metrology and inspection practices.
  • Experience operating CNC routers, trimming equipment, vacuum forming equipment, or other production machinery.
  • Experience working with plastics, composites, aerospace parts, fixtures, tooling, or tight‑tolerance components.
  • Experience using gauges, templates, fixtures, or other inspection tools to verify part conformity.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality-controlled manufacturing environments.
