• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate equipment and tools.
• Manufacturing and production facility environment.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and other industrial conditions.
• Required use of PPE as designated by company policies.

Assisting in the manufacturing and production process by operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This position plays a key role in meeting production goals while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
