Position Summary
The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative and cooperative relationship with other members of the health care team, plans and implements patient and family education and is responsible for assessing the needs and initiating appropriate intervention for patients.
Minimum Qualifications- Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- 2 years nursing experience
- Competence in and willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing
- Computer ability and knowledge of electronic health record operating systems
- Outpatient or Walk‑In clinic experience
- Demonstrates sound judgment, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment.
- Creativity, problem analysis and decision making.
- Ability to work varied shifts.
- Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity and maintains confidentiality.
- Self‑directed; completes assignments accurately, thoroughly and with minimal oversight.
- Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
This role requires regular and sustained attendance. The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40‑hour workweek, including weekends and after‑hours shifts. On‑call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.
