Overview

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Rosauers Supermarkets location in June. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our pre‑opening team, with training before doors open and the chance to help with store setup to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience from day one. We are a local neighborhood grocery store that fosters a community of food enthusiasts, providing fresh ingredients and a welcoming environment for customers to explore and enjoy new foods.

Do you wake up with the sun, eager to get your hands doughy? If so, we have a knead for you! We are seeking a Baker for our bakery department. As our Baker you will be the heart of our operations, mixing magic into every pastry, pie, and loaf that comes out of our ovens. You will be the face of our bakery, interacting with customers, decorating items, and presenting fresh baked goods to start their day with a smile.

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more.
• Decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other items to customer specifications.
• Interacting with customers and serving them with a friendly smile.
• Carefully packaging baked goods to maintain presentation quality.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked so customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory to ensure availability of baking supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery environment.
• Being ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
