We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Rosauers Supermarkets location this June. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members to join our pre‑opening team, with training beginning before our doors open and the chance to help with store setup so we’re ready to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience our customers know and love from day one.

As a Bakery Sales Clerk, you’ll be a key storyteller, sharing the delicious tales behind our freshly baked goods while creating a bakery experience that is as sweet as it is memorable. You will greet customers, help them select pastries, offer recommendations, answer questions, and make each visit delightful.

• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
• Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.
• Weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.
• Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
• Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
• Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
• Reporting low baked goods stock to the Baker in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and performing other duties as requested.
• Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
• Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Baker.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
