This position offers the unique opportunity to join our pre‑opening team, with training for your role beginning before our doors open and the chance to help with store setup, so we’re ready to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience our customers know and love from day one.

We’re seeking a Baker to join our dough‑lightful team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As our Baker, you’ll be the doughy heart of our operations, mixing magic into every pastry, pie, and loaf of bread that comes out of our ovens. Your creations will be the first thing customers experience each morning.

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more.
• Decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more to each customer’s specifications.
• Interacting with customers and serving them with a big smile – the face of our bakery department.
• Carefully packaging baked goods, ensuring presentation matches taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked so customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory to prevent shortages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery environment.
• Being ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

• Experience baking in a professional setting.
• Passion for food and baked goods.
• Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new recipes.
• Excellent people skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
