CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. The role involves preparing products, operating equipment, interacting with customers over the phone or in person, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Operate all equipment
• Prepare product to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule
• Maintain a perfect image and adhere to standards
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Perform simple math accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Talk and hear on telephone
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position
• Walking short distances for short durations
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; unloading and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high

• Must be older than 17
• Must be available to work between 3-11
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday OR every other weekend
