Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated Seasonal Client Advisors in Crans-Montana with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our local clientele during the high season. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, see themselves as more than a Sales Associate; as a true personal advisor
. Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales results;
• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
• Support clients in purchasing all LV products
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging different clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty
• Contribute effectively to teamwork and participate in all activities that contribute to the overall goals of the boutique
• Learn to master the Brand and develop in-depth product knowledge
• Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
• Follow company policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

• Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset
• Passion for the Maison and its different universes
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work on weekends and during the entire high season
• Proficiency in English and French (B2 minimum); other languages are an asset
