- Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors and roofing contractors
- Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market
- Understands key customers’ business and the critical measures that drive each account
- Collaborates with internal departments to optimize the customer experience and ensure efficiency
- Ability to work with operating systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and the sales force
- Flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
- Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
- Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
- Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses
- Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel required:
approximately 50% - 60% of the time (2–3 overnights per week)
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus and benefits starting day 1, including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) and PTO. Salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Individual pay is determined by location and factors including skills, experience, and education. Recruiters can share the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.
