MCM Truck Repair continues to grow and we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our successful team. As a Parts Specialist you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Must have computer proficiency.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Maintaining relationships with established customers and building relationships with potential customers.
- Determining customers parts needs through use of catalog, computer programs and parts knowledge.
- Maintaining knowledge of products, services and parts.
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts and updating parts records.
- Locating available parts for Mechanics.
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
