Lead at least three full-performance level Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and trainee/apprentice TSOs as assigned.;
Identify, distribute, and balance workloads among employees according to workflow and skill level.;
Provide input on human resources matters including employee performance, promotions, and reassignments.;
Implement TSA security screening procedures and directives.;
Train team members, monitor progress, and communicate needs to supervisors to obtain resources.;
Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations; assist with investigations and incident reports.
