Lead and support crews of 12 restoration technicians in demolition, cleanup, and reconstruction tasks;
Perform hands-on carpentry and finishing work, including drywall repair, taping, texturing, painting, trim installation;
Read and follow blueprints and installation instructions to complete framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry tasks accurately;
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily assignments;
Prepare job sites by gathering materials, setting up tools and equipment, and ensuring everything is ready for daily tasks
