Carpenter

This position is available through the end of September, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role if you prove to be a great fit. The role involves building subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications while collaborating with lead carpenters and crew members to achieve daily goals.

• Build subfloors, walls, and roof systems according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing components with precision.
• Work collaboratively with lead carpenters and crew members to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Adapt to changing site conditions, including uneven terrain and variable weather.
• Follow established processes to ensure quality and reduce rework.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly.

• Construction experience, preferably in framing.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

• 1+ years of construction experience, with framing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Belgrade, MT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
