Mitigation Technician

We show up fast, take control of the situation, and do the work the right way—no shortcuts. This is hands-on, physical work that requires urgency, professionalism, and pride in what you do. Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs

Set and monitor professional drying equipment

Demo damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)

Tarp roofs and secure properties after storms or fires

Document jobs using photos and mobile apps

Communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations

Help train and develop other technicians

Strong work ethic—no babysitting required

Construction, trades, military, or physical labor background preferred

Leadership mindset (or ready to step into it)

Valid driver's license with clean record

Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work daily

Willing to be on-call when emergencies hit

No restoration experience required—we train the right people

$26–$28/hr + consistent overtime opportunities
