General Laborers - Grade Team

We are seeking dedicated and hard‑working General Laborers to join our Grade Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks at construction sites or plant/pit locations.

• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Measure distance from grade stakes, drill stakes, and stretch tight line.
• Use various power and hand tools; bolt, nail, align and block up under forms.
• Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment to conform to grade specifications.
• Level earth using pick or shovel.
• Perform flagging duties as needed.
• Operate small equipment including bobcat, tractor, or roller or move from one site to another.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record, per Knife River Fleet policy.
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel within Montana and surrounding areas.
