Reconstruction Carpenter
At Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana, we restore homes and businesses after fire, water, storm, mold, and other property damage. Our customers aren't remodeling because they want to—they're rebuilding after one of the most difficult experiences of their lives. We're looking for a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and can be trusted to work independently.

What You'll Do:
- Drywall hanging, finishing, and texture matching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- Interior doors, casing, baseboard, crown molding, and finish trim
- Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring
- Framing and structural repairs
- Minor roofing and siding repairs
- Demolition and jobsite preparation when needed
- Punch list completion and final quality inspections
- Protecting customers' homes and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, teammates, subcontractors, and project managers

Qualifications
- Five or more years of residential carpentry, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Experience with drywall, painting, cabinets, trim, flooring, and general carpentry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and safely work from ladders
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job documentation and communication
- Insurance restoration experience
- Water damage reconstruction
- Tile installation
- Drywall texture matching
- Xactimate experience
- OSHA certification
A portfolio or photos of completed projects are strongly encouraged.

- $30-36/hour depending on experience
