Professional Handyman Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform general maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, or furniture
• Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
• Paint walls, ceilings, or other surfaces as required
• Handle basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing doors
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Carpentry skills for repairing or building structures
• Plumbing skills for fixing leaks, unclogging drains, etc.
• Electrical skills for replacing light fixtures, outlets, etc.
• Painting skills for touch-ups or full painting projects
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations

Applicants do not necessarily need to be skilled in all of these areas. If you excel in a particular area, we welcome passion and quality for specialized work. We do, however, prefer applicants who are willing to manage other more general handyman tasks as needed day by day depending on the workload available.
