Job Description

Operate various concrete cutting and drilling equipment on active construction sites. Perform slab sawing, wall sawing, core drilling, and selective demolition work. Read and interpret project requirements to ensure work is completed accurately. Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting tools and materials. Maintain clean and organized jobsites. Adhere to all company and site-specific safety policies.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members regarding project progress.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• General labor skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of concrete cutting, construction, and machine operation.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belgrade, MT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
