We are seeking an experienced Chief Helicopter Pilot to oversee flight operations and support regulatory compliance for operations conducted under FAA Parts 91, 133, 135, and 137. This leadership position is responsible for managing safe and efficient flight operations, pilot training, pilot schedules, customer relations, and operational readiness across a diverse helicopter fleet.

• Oversee daily flight operations with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with applicable FAA regulations, including Parts 91, 133, 135, and 137.
• Manage pilot training programs, recurrent training, and operational standardization.
• Develop and coordinate pilot schedules to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Support customer relations by maintaining professional communication and dependable service standards.
• Provide leadership for utility, external-load, aerial application, charter, and other helicopter operations as assigned.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure pilots follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Starting salary of $200,000 per year.

Preferred candidates will have experience operating and managing flight operations involving aircraft such as the Robinson Astar and Blackhawk.

• Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter certificate required.
• Minimum 5 years of helicopter flight experience.
• Minimum 5,000 total helicopter flight hours.
• Strong knowledge of FAA compliance requirements for Parts 135, 91, 133, and 137 operations.
• 500 flight hours of Mountain flying experience required.
• Very strong Vertical reference, long-line, and lift work experience required.
• Proven leadership ability in flight operations, pilot supervision, training, and scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general business software tools.
