Warehouse Associate - Entry Level

Entry level Warehouse Associate - Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team.

M-F between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (8‑hour shift)

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace and participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and accident‑free facility.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment, including a safety harness up to 400 lbs.

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred; no experience acceptable for entry‑level.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter able to learn systems quickly.
• Focused on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

$15.30 - $22.24 per hour. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
