Police Officer Trainee: Launch Academy Path

The City of Bell Gardens Police Department is recruiting entry-level Police Officer Trainee candidates who will attend a POST-certified academy. Trainees are hired at $3,617 per month and will become sworn Police Officers upon academy graduation with a starting salary of $7,529 per month and full benefits.

Selected applicants will undergo a structured training program, physical and mental fitness requirements, and a rigorous selection process including written, oral, and background assessments.
