Automotive Technician/Mechanic - Bell, CA

Earn $26.00 – $37.50 per hour (based on experience). Weekly pay every Friday. Full benefits start within 30 days. Total sign‑on and retention bonuses up to $5,500.

Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

• $500 sign‑on bonus

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct inspections to meet safety and compliance standards
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Eligibility to pass standard pre‑employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical if required

This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending and sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, accessing tight or confined spaces and using hands to grasp, reach, handle and operate tools and equipment.
