Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, inventory, order processing, and warehouse administration activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics, shipping documentation, warehouse coordination, or administrative experience who enjoys staying organized and helping orders move accurately and on time.

The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with shipping, warehouse, customer service, and operations teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role offers a supportive team setting, consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to demonstrate performance for potential permanent placement. Candidates who are dependable, organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable balancing administrative work with shipping support will be strong fits for this position.

• Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related order paperwork.
• Coordinating daily shipping activities and supporting accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
• Closing customer orders in the company system and printing necessary order documentation.
• Maintaining inventory records, completing data entry, and supporting inventory accuracy.
• Scanning, organizing, and filing company documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
• Responding to emails, routing inquiries, answering internal calls, and supporting warehouse and administrative operations.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Bell Gardens, CA. 100% Onsite.

Employees will be evaluated based on performance and may qualify for permanent placement.
