Consolidated Precision Products seeks an Operations Supervisor for our Aerospace & Defense warehouse and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead daily shop-floor and warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient flow of materials, components, and finished products. You will supervise a cross-functional team, coordinate production schedules, manage inventory accuracy, and drive on-time delivery and quality standards. Partnering closely with engineering, quality, and logistics, you will use lean tools and KPIs to improve throughput, reduce waste, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead, coach, and schedule production and warehouse staff; manage performance and training.
- Coordinate production schedules, material flow, and priorities with planning, engineering, and quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, investigations, and process controls.
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, productivity, scrap, downtime) and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and company policies.
- Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Enforce safety procedures and support a strong EHS culture on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and logistics issues quickly.
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP/WMS and standard work procedures.
