Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is hiring an Entry Level Aerospace Manufacturing team member for 2nd shift (2:30 pm-11:00 pm). In this role, you'll support the production of complex aerospace castings and precision-machined components in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include preparing parts, operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, performing basic measurements and visual inspections, recording production data, and following detailed work instructions.
You'll receive hands-on training, work with advanced technologies, and gain exposure to continuous improvement practices in a global aerospace manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing and casting equipment on 2nd shift
- Prepare, load, and unload aerospace parts and fixtures
- Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and hand tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Record production and inspection data accurately in shop systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities

- Basic mechanical aptitude
