Business Solutions Advisor - Bell Financial Center

Overview

Bank of America seeks a Client Advisor to provide specialized, personalized service and guidance to financial center clients across the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings.

• Recommend financial advice and guidance that align with client goals and needs.
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients using bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and recommend alternative or additional services that best align with priorities.
• Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management; conduct consistent follow‑up to meet client needs.
• Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners.
• Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates.

• Demonstrated experience and success with business‑to‑business sales and/or small business banking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence clients.
• Effective customer service skills, managing the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
• Proven sales track record and ability to build productive partnerships.
• Experience with outbound phone sales.

• Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
• In‑person customer service and sales experience.
• Experience working with small business clients.
• Meeting or exceeding goals.
• Working knowledge of small business products and services.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
• Hours per week: 40
• Pay range: $26.00 - $34.67 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
