The Salvation Army Bell Shelter is seeking a Case Manager to provide professional case management services to participants addressing homelessness. You will assess needs, develop individualized housing plans, and connect clients to resources to support independence.
Responsibilities include budgeting, job readiness coaching, data entry in HMIS, and collaboration with partner agencies. Evening/weekend work may be required, and CPR/First Aid certification is expected.
