We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Bell, CA 90040. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and product movement throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate has a strong and stable work history, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Forklift experience is highly preferred and will be utilized as part of daily warehouse operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Palletize, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained

Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational workflows

Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and fulfillment processes

Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment required

Forklift operating experience preferred

Strong work history and demonstrated job stability required

Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving preferred

Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety procedures and team communication

Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA standards preferred

Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail

Familiarity with Lean practices and 5S methodology is a plus

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights up to 8 feet when necessary

Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
