Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Level III NICU to provide patient-centered care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold Mercy’s mission and Service Standards.
This 24/7 unit cares for neonates as early as 26 weeks gestation and requires BLS and NICU-specific certifications; RNC-NIC encouraged. The role includes potential float to Women’s and Children’s units and a 3-1 patient ratio.
