Client outreach and engagement

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective and existing clients
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and leads
• Deliver a clear, confident overview of serviced using approved scripts
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression of the agency

• Qualify prospects using defined criteria.
• Schedule appointments accurately on advisor calendar
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates through reminders
• Reschedule or follow up on missed appointments as needed

• Accurately log all activity in the CRM
• Maintain clean and organized lead and contact records
• Track appointment outcomes and required follow-ups
• Flag hot leads or concerns to sales leadership

• Strong communication and phone presence
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow upr>
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
