Position: Registered Nurse
Department: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Redding, CA
Compensation: $75.00-$85.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities- Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
- Guide patient and family education and support nursing staff
- Maintain care standards in the Telemetry Unit
- Communicate patient status updates to physicians, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response
- Current and valid state RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, maintained current
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
