Provides direct patient care within RN scope of practice
Leads and supports patient/family education and guides nursing staff activities in the ICUAccountable for care and outcomes of assigned patients
Communicates patient condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results
Delivers safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Qualifications:
- ICU- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
