The Operations Coordinator II (OC II) provides administrative support for a department and coordinates projects and programs. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating initiatives, managing logistics, supporting communication, and maintaining databases, budgets, proposals, literature reviews, and websites.
- Coordinating administrative activities related to assigned projects/programs
- Assisting with event planning and implementation
- Managing project/program logistics
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, educational activities and other related events
- Developing and disseminating program/project materials
- Supporting communication for project/program
- Assisting with data collection, collating and reporting
- Coordinating and/or developing and maintaining databases to support program/project activities
- Working with leadership to develop, justify and monitor department/project budgets
- Coordinating and monitoring proposal processes
- Conducting literature reviews to support project/program activities
- Developing and/or maintaining websites related to assigned project/program
- Education/Degree:
- Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of advanced secretarial experience
- Associate Degree and six (6) years of advanced secretarial experience
- High school/GED and eight (8) years of advanced secretarial experience
- Communication
Skills:
Above average verbal communication (heavy public contact), writing/correspondence, and writing reports - Proficiencies: MS Word, personal computer, typing (30 WPM)

Analytical abilities, mathematics, medical terminology knowledge, research knowledge and abilities, statistical knowledge, and transcription - Work Schedule:
