This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve operational efficiency, safety and reliability for leading energy clients.

Responsibilities
  • Project Engineering
    :
Work on the full engineering lifecycle of turbo machinery control system projects, from initial concept through detailed design, implementation, internal testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and final delivery, ensuring they meet requirements, time frames, and budgets.
  • Customer Engagement
    :
Participate in technical meetings (IKOM, EKOM) and design reviews with clients, translating requirements into robust engineering solutions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    :
Work closely with sales, field engineering, and R&D to ensure project objectives are met and solutions are aligned with customer needs.
  • Engineering Documentation
    :
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including I/O lists, network architecture diagrams, control system diagrams/P&IDs, control narratives, Modbus lists, and FAT/SAT procedures.
  • System Integration & Testing
    :
Conduct thorough internal testing and reviews to ensure quality and compliance, then lead and manage FAT with clients, including punch‑list resolution and project delivery.
  • Control System Development
    :
Program and configure PLC/DCS platforms (CCC Prodigy/Vanguard, Allen‑Bradley, Honeywell Experion), develop HMI graphics, and implement industrial communication protocols (Modbus, HART, etc).
  • Project Scheduling & Delivery
    :
Collaborate with project and engineering managers to develop schedules, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure successful project completion.
  • Continuous Improvement
    :
Learn and master CCC's proprietary turbo machinery control application algorithms and contribute to ongoing product and process enhancements.
  • Commissioning Support
    :
Provide remote support to field engineers during on‑site commissioning and troubleshooting phases.
  • Change Management
    :
Maintain and update engineering documents throughout the project lifecycle to reflect evolving customer requirements and design changes.
Qualifications
  • Experience with turbo machinery (compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines) in industrial environments, especially Oil & Gas, LNG, or Power Gen.
  • Experience with industrial instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature transmitters, control valves) such as Rosemount, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Fisher, CCI.
  • Experience with control system and DCS platforms such as Allen‑Bradley PLC, Siemens PLC, Honeywell Experion DCS, Emerson Delta‑V, Yokogawa Centum VP, CCC Prodigy, CCC Vanguard.
  • PLC programming skills (ladder logic, structured text, continuous function charts) and HMI development.
  • Experience in control panel design and fabrication, including structural layout, bill of materials, and detailed wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and NEMA standards for panel construction and certifications.
  • Knowledge of Modbus protocol and other industrial communication standards (Profibus DP, HART).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
We Value
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation or related discipline).
  • 1+ years of relevant engineering experience in industrial automation or process control, ideally within Oil & Gas, LNG, or Energy.
