• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required;
  Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required or in progress; CPA preferred.
• Work Experience:
  
  3+ years in financial/operational management, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and ability to solve complex financial problems.
