Kore Autism Services is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Our culture fosters collaboration, personal growth, and client success. At this time we are only hiring individuals that already have their RBT credential.
Compensation andSchedule:
Pay Range: Starts at $20/hr
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Availability to work in the clinic between 8 AM-6 PM
Location: Bellaire, Texas.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and document data on client progress.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.
- Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.
- 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation.
- Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation.
- Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
