Director, Contract Performance And Utilization
The Director, Contract Performance and Utilization will lead enterprise-wide oversight of group purchasing and system contract utilization to ensure compliance, tier attainment, and full realization of contractual value. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to resolve adoption barriers, align clinical practice with contracted products, and address utilization leakage through data-driven insights. The Director develops advanced analytics and dashboards to translate utilization performance into actionable strategies, drives corrective action plans, and quantifies financial impact related to savings, rebates, and incentives.
Through strong governance and executive reporting, the role ensures transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in contract performance across all facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Licenses &
Certifications:
Certificate GPO or supply chain certification (e.g., CMRP) Lean Six Sigma or Value Analysis certification Preferred.
Work Experience:
Seven (7) Years Work Experience years of experience in contract administration, strategic sourcing, value analysis, or supply chain performance management within a healthcare system.
Management
Experience:
Five (5) Years of Management Experience Contract Utilization and Performance Management Preferred.
Communication
Skills:
Verbal/Written.

Work Schedule:
Eligible for Telecommute Hybrid telecommute 2 days.
Other Requirements Demonstrated experience managing GPO contracts, utilization targets, and tier compliance. Proven ability to partner with clinical leaders to drive standardization and adoption Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead without direct authority across complex, matrixed environments: MS Word, MS Excel.
