Job Description The Regional Facilities Manager is a leader of leaders, accountable for facilities performance across a multi-market portfolio of bank branches, operations, and office properties. This role manages leaders and their facility technician teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations that support customer experience and business continuity. The Regional Facility Manager owns the translation of corporate vision, strategy, and standards into regional strategies and plans for maintenance, standardization, capital planning, vendor performance, and compliance, and serves as a key partner to business and corporate functions.

How You'll Spend Your Time You will lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to deliver operational excellence with clear expectations, metrics, and accountability. You will foster a strong culture of safety, customer service, ownership, and continuous improvement through regular 1:1s, reviews, and site visits. You will partner with HR to support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations across branches and offices, including building systems, preventive maintenance, and CMMS documentation.

You will ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, safety requirements, ESG standards, and business continuity protocols. You will manage regional OpEx and minor Cap Ex budgets while analyzing spend, forecasting variances, and identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities. You will serve as the senior escalation point for critical incidents, vendor performance issues, landlord disputes, and complex operational challenges. You will collaborate with Procurement, Real Estate, and internal partners to manage vendors, contracts, projects, communications, and data-driven process improvements.

Education & Experience Requirements Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and controls) with proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts. Skilled in CMMS and analytics tools, with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities; able to travel regularly and handle after-hours escalations. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

and 10+ years of experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.; or 15+ years of equivalent work-related experience. Preferred:
Professional certifications: CFM, FMP, or equivalent. Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated, multi-site environments.
