Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home.
  • Understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals.
  • Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant in PA.
  • Responsible, ready, and eager to work.
