- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
