Mechanic Technician ; Onsite: Belle Fourche, SD

The Mechanic Technician I under general supervision, performs preventive/predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs a variety of mechanical equipment relative to their assigned location.

• Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 2-year contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: Monday - Friday |6:00 am - 2:00 pm | Rotation

• Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
• Performs function testing to verify equipment readiness after maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to, accurate maintenance of, and input of data into Halliburton's system of record.
• Conducts maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) of processing equipment.
• Utilizes hand tools and works on mobile equipment as required.
• Performs own work and assists others as directed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a mechanical field is required.
• Technical school certificate is preferred.
• Must be proficient in understanding and interpreting mechanical schematics, drawings, and prints.
• Experience with hand tools is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work on mobile equipment.
