Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and implementing action plans to achieve departmental and store goals;
Supervise in the Store Manager's absence and direct staff to complete department responsibilities;
Maintain high quality customer service and merchandise promotion according to company manuals;
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability across departments;
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments when needed
