Power Built is a leading provider of turn‑key material handling solutions, specializing in lift assist, conveyor systems, controls, and pre‑engineered equipment. Our clients include some of the largest automotive, appliance, aerospace, and heavy truck manufacturers across North America. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate internal financial records and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations
• Work with an outside CPA firm on annual tax filings
• Ensure adherence to in‑state and out‑of‑state tax requirements
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly tax reports
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage job costing and support project‑related financial tracking
• Monitor cash flow, prepare projections, and support financial planning efforts
• Maintain and follow established accounting procedures and internal controls
• Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting as needed, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5–7 years of related experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP; CPA preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Hands‑on leadership approach with the ability to guide and support accounting functions
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
