Maintenance Shop Clerk

Republic Services -  - Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the maintenance function;
Maintain fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance;
Input fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily;
Coordinate with vendors to order, receive and process payments for goods and services;
Prepare truck purchase orders and assign general ledger codes;
Process transactions using ePro;
Receive, tag, stock, and dispense parts to mechanics per policy;
Review purchase orders with accounting for accuracy and payment;
Produce productivity and usage reports for management;
Reconcile data to Lawson general ledger;
Support Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports and identify data issues;
Assist with parts organization and inventory as needed;
Perform other related duties as assigned;
